1)I'd suggest you drop the annual income as one of the items on that first view of the page, and replace it with a smokeing/ non smoking item.
In my experience if I smoke or not seems to matter more than how much money I make in an initial contact.

2)Suggest you drop the "Prefer my match within" text and replace it with a Rider/ Driver status item. This also seems to make a difference in the inital browse of a members profile.

I'd ask these questions of the paying members who have been here for a while.... Come to think of it...

What would everyone like to see when they first browse a members page?
Whats the five or six most important things you would like to see show up on that first page?
What forms your first impression..?

Height, Weight, Smoker, Eye color, hair color...?

What gets your attention.. list your top five or six attention getters when you look at someones profile...

If they are going to change things on the profile pages, then this is the chance to get them set up right from the start.

When you look at one of our profiles.. What do you look for.. What features would you like to see on that first page of a mans profile that will tell you if your interested in lookaing at the rest of his profile.

You after the height and weight, hair color, eye color, income, location, smokeing, sense of humor, tats, type of motorcycle (This is a required field for BBK.. better be a Harley..lol.)..

What are you looking for when you look at that guys profile for the first time?

Remember if you don't give them the input yourselves.. then they are just going to set it up the way they want too, and it will be too late to complain then.

And I never thought of it before, but theres no reason the items on the first page you see of a members profile have to be the same for both men and women.

men are much more visual and oriented to body type so the ladies profile pages could reflect what the guys say they first look at when searching..

The mens profiles should reflect what the ladies prefer to first find out about a guy.
